What I Want To Accomplish

In two years I hope to have accomplished many goals in my life. I would like to have my bachelor degree in Elementary Education and hopefully teaching second grade at one of my hometown schools.

Goals

Goals are so important in life. I have set such high goals for myself. I want to be a great, inspiring teacher to many young ones. I hope to make a difference in each child's life. I want to have a classroom set up like a fun exciting environment, where my students will want and be excited to learn.

Teaching Techniques

There are many teaching techniques that I want to be able to follow while I am a teacher. I want to be able to establish a classroom that promotes learning with a framework of attitudes and values, send a clear message to all my students, teach so they understand, expose and teach the skills, information, and expectations hidden or embedded in the curriculum, and involve and respect students as central partners in learning.

Classroom

The physical set-up of your classroom has a significant impact on your success as a classroom teacher. Taking time before school begins to think about physical layout, routines, and likely space and usage issues will make life during the school day much easier. I want my classroom to have a warm welcome feeling and where students will enjoy learning.

After Graduation

After Graduation, I will hopefully be teaching second grade at one of my hometown schools. Teaching students and being able to inspire them to do great things with their life.
